Over the years, the Group has evolved into a diversified business conglomerate with interests spanning the production of double refined export-quality sugar, grain- and molasses-based ethyl alcohol, potable and industrial alcohol, extra neutral alcohol (ENA), rectified spirit (RS), Indian Made Foreign Liquor (IMFL), Country Liquor, beer, renewable energy-based power generation, and passenger cluster bus services.

The Adie Broswon Group has commissioned an ethanol production facility to supply Oil Marketing Companies (OMCs) for blending with petrol, in accordance with the Government of India’s directive. In every undertaking, the Group upholds its commitment to innovation, sustainability, and long-term growth.

Under the able leadership of Mrs. Jasdeep Kaur Chadha, the Group continues to achieve its strategic milestones. Chadha Sugar and Industries Pvt. Ltd.

CSIPL produces double-refined, sulfur-free sugar, at par with the highest global standards in Punjab. CSIPL also co-generates renewable electricity through bagasse, a by-product of sugar production, reducing greenhouse gas emissions.

Adie Broswon Transport Company

AB Grain Spirits Pvt. Ltd. (Transport Division) operates private stage carriage services under a Public-Private Partnership (PPP) model, entrusted by the Government of NCT of Delhi to strengthen and modernize the capital’s public transport network across Delhi and parts of the NCR. With a fleet of 503 buses, the company is the largest private cluster bus operator in the region, ensuring safe and reliable transportation for over 4.5 lakh passengers while covering more than 1 lakh kilometers every day.

Plants & Units Overview – The Adie Broswon Group

ABG Batala : Produces 180,000 litres/day of premium Extra Neutral Alcohol (ENA) and Ethanol, alongside packaged spirits including Country Liquor and Indian Made Foreign Liquor (IMFL).

GBD Batala : Utilizes sugarcane juice and a variety of grains to produce ethanol, contributing to India’s E20 mission — advancing cleaner energy and a sustainable future.

MBD Batala : Specializes in rum and ethanol production from molasses, supplying Oil Marketing Companies (OMCs) and leading brands like Allied Blenders & Distillers. Operates entirely on renewable energy with Zero Liquid Discharge.

ABB Batala : One of the world’s most advanced Ziemann breweries, with a 0.5 million HLPA capacity (expandable to 1 million). Produces world-class beer using German mash technology, operating entirely on renewable energy and maintaining Zero Liquid Discharge.

CSIPL Batala : Produces 100% double-refined, sulphur-free sugar (20 ICUMSA) for leading global brands such as Pepsi, Nestlé, and Walmart.
