Indian-made foreign liquor (IMFL) is the official term used by governments and businesses in India to refer to all types of hard liquor manufactured in the country other than indigenous liquors such as PML.
The blending procedure of IMFL is different from PML. Double / triple distilled Extra Neutral alcohol (ENA) is first blended with demineralized water in SS blending tanks with matured malt spirit or imported spirits as per product requirement and given a retention time of 24 hours or more as per the requirement.
After overnight retention, flavours, essences and caramel are added. The blended ingredients are again put to retention for about 48 hours’ time before bottling and final packing.
Master Moments whisky blended with double distilled Extra neutral alcohol (ENA) is first diluted with Demineralized water in SS blending Tanks with Indian Malt spirit and given a retention time of 24 hours. After overnight retention, flavors, essences, caramel and Maltare added. The blended ingredients are again given retention of 48 hours’ time before final packing creating the finest of all.
Patiala Peg whisky blended with Triple distilled Extra neutral alcohol (ENA) is first diluted with Demineralized water and added Imported Malt spirit (VMS) in SS blending tank equipped with stirrer. All ingredients stirred on low rpm for 8 hrs.
After overnight retention, flavors, essences and caramel are added. The blended ingredients again stirred for 8 hours for proper mixing and uniformity of the blend.
A retention of 48 hours given to all ingredients before final packing, creating a Masterpiece with divine taste.
