Our Visionary Founder

Late Sardar Hardeep Singh Chadha our revered founder was an exceptional human being and an outstanding business leader. Under his visionary leadership, Adie Broswon Group emerged as one of the foremost Corporates having business interest in manufacturing of Sugar, potable & industrial alcohol, power generation through renewable energy for captive consumption and supply to state utilities Companies and passenger transport services. For Mr. Singh, people were most important asset. He scouted around for the best and most talented professionals, nurtured them and continuously propelled them to attain ever rising goals. These highly motivated people comprised the core of what he named: “Adie Broswon Family”.

Adie Broswon is a journey that began with a dream and withstood the challenge of time. Adie Broswon has evolved as a people-centric organization led by a competent team of professionals giving us width, proficiency and capability to succeed. The Group has embraced world-class technology and processes, implementing them at all levels, in every unit and across all parameters. All this is guided by the superior vision of our Founder, Late Sardar Hardeep Singh Chadha.

Our dedication to quality and cost competitiveness has led us to several milestones. We have a long tradition of serving our valued customers to their complete satisfaction through efficient management and excellent workmanship, which we continue to maintain with our untiring efforts. This is largely attributed to the dedication of our employees, who harness their talents in dexterously working towards maintaining the high standards set by the company.

Meet The Team

Mrs. Jasdeep Chadha
Director

Mrs.Jasdeep Kaur Chadha is promoter of the Adie Broswon Group and has been involved in all strategic policy matters of the Group. She has been providing critical insight and direction in major management decisions of the Group.

Mrs. Chadha has developed a core team to head all the strategic business units and has hands on approach to manage the businesses. She is further strengthing the Group into a far more dynamic, cost conscious, quality conscious, responsive, predictive and solution-based organization.

Mr. Bikramjit Singh Chadha
Jr. Managing Director

Bikramjeet (Bikram) was born in Edison, USA, and raised in New Delhi, India. He attended the American Embassy School, New Delhi, and later Charterhouse Public School in England wherein he excelled and completed the IB programme.

Bikram then graduated from the University of Bath, BSc Management programme with honours.  

He joined his mother's business, Adie Broswon Group, while completing his degree. Dedicated to growing the business, Bikram has launched many new brands thereby growing the product portfolio as well as expanding into new geographical markets. He has also secured contracts with leading brands and is expanding ABBPL's production capacity to make it Punjab's largest brewery.

Mr. Rajneesh Wadhwa
CEO

Mr. Rajneesh Wadhwa is an accomplished leader with over 25 years of experience in IT strategy. He joined Adie Broswon Group in 2014 as VP - IT & Strategy and later became CEO. Rajneesh excels in optimizing costs, driving growth, and leading global SAP implementations. His journey started with NIIT, Pro Soft, and AOCT, and he strengthened his skills while working with Munjal Showa Limited and gained insights into business processes and commercial IT applications. He later collaborated with PepsiCo US, The Corn Product US, and with a US National Retail Chain. Rajneesh holds a Master's in Computer Applications and certifications from NIIT, Microsoft, IBM, Cisco, and Sun Microsystems. He enjoys exploring vegetarian cuisines and traveling with his family.

HPS Bhatia
Director

Mr. HPS Bhatia, an 81+ year-old professional Director, has been associated with this group for 25 years. He holds a postgraduate degree in science with specialization in Sugar technology. With over 55 years of industry experience, he worked as a general manager in both Sugar Corporation with UP Government and reputed private groups. Responsible for purchase and operational decisions, he holds a key position in the Group Companies as well.

Mr. Pradeep Ahuja
Chief Operating Officer 

Mr. Pradeep Ahuja, the Chief Operating Officer, has been with the Group since March 2018. He holds four decades of experience in senior positions within the Large Sugar, Alcohol, and Renewable Energy industry.

With a strong techno-commercial background, he has successfully managed large plants and executed Green Field Projects from conception to timely completion, including financial closure. Mr. Ahuja's invaluable contributions have been vital to the Group's growth and success.

Mr. Harish Tomar
 Unit Head

Harish Tomar has 25+ years of work experience in the Brewery and Distillery industry, with 19+ years at UB Group - leading the Kingfisher flagship brand and premium brands like Ultra Max and Heineken. As Head Brewer and Brand Custodian, he ensured top-quality beer production to meet customer satisfaction. Heading the Manufacturing Unit, he excelled in supply chain management, quality control, production, logistics, and procurement. He focused on budgeted deliveries through Manufacturing Excellence tools, emphasizing loss reduction, inventory management, EHS, people development, and TPM.

He is an initiator, planner, and executor, with expertise in team building, lean manufacturing, and regulatory compliance.

Mr. Munish Tyagi
 Vice President

As an Alcohol Technologist, Munish Tyagi graduated from the esteemed National Sugar Institute, Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh, which is under the Ministry of Food and Civil Supplies, Government of India. With extensive expertise in alcohol manufacturing, project planning, and implementation, he excels in process optimization and cost management.

Currently, he oversees our Grain-based distillery and Molasses-based distillery operations.

Mr. Samir Majumdar
 Sr. Vice President-Commercial


With 32+ years of experience, Samir Majumdar excels in Commercial, Finance, Accounts, Audit (Cost & Tax), Taxation, Project & Team Management, and SAP implementation. Introduced Budgetary control, saved costs, and established efficient MIS systems. Proficient in streamlining procedures, enhancing financial processes, and managing relationships with Banks and Regulatory Authorities. Implemented cost-effective data accumulation for accurate costing information.

Mr. Bindra
Director

Mr. G S Bindra, a retired Administrative Officer (SP) from Delhi Police, serves as a Director on the company's Board. His induction took place while Mr. Hardeep Singh Chadha was alive. Mr. Bindra's responsibilities include managing company administration and handling liaison matters with government authorities and other agencies.

Deepak Jain
Vice President-Finance, Taxation & Company Secretary

Mr. Deepak Jain (CA, CS) boasts 35+ years of experience in Finance, Accounts, Taxation, and Company Secretarial work. He currently oversees the Finalisation of balance sheets, coordination with statutory auditors, Company law matters, and handling Corporate and personal taxation. Additionally, he excels in legal functions, including drafting and vetting of legal documents.
